Architectural photographer Daniel Hewitt has completed the documentation of one of Carl Trenfield Architects’ early projects.
This is the second time Daniel has worked with us, formerly on our retrofit project within Ethelburga Tower, Battersea.
The project takes a notional datum, based on a Victorian dado and panelling, for a ‘walk’ – more effectively connecting the previously disjointed levels.
Elements of public architecture, most notably the completely revised stair, are condensed to provide both drama and delight through the exploitation of volume.
